"No ANT+ USB Stick Found"

The error message within the subject heading says it all and I cannot figure how to get my computer to recognize the ANT+ USB stick. When first plugging the stick into the USB drive, I was told that a driver could not be found. I ended up with updating Windows with all the most recent updates thinking that maybe this would give me plug-and-play recognition. However, this did not work either. What am I missing?

Thanks - MT Dan

Oh yeah - Not sure if it matters or not, but I'm trying to pick up Moxy muscle oxygenation monitors with PeriPedal.

Thanks - MT Dan

You have to stop any programs that are trying to use the Ant Stick, namely Garmin.

The first step is to make sure that your USB dongle is recognized and using the correct driver. I would refer to the manufacturer of your ANT+ USB key for details on that.

After you are sure that is working correctly, as Burnt Toast said, make sure that no other programs are trying to use the Ant Stick. Only one application can use it at a time.
