More touch friendly scrolling on the ui

Scrolling in the app is not very friendly for a touch screen user. In some places, I can kind of work around it by things like the workout type filter, but other places like settings screens not so much. It would be awesome if screens could be scrollable with a touch screen by a swipe up or down on the list itself because the scroll targets are quite small for a touch screen user. When using a touch screen, you get so accustomed to browsers and documents supporting the touch gesture on the screen to scroll that it does feel fairly jarring to not have it in PP. I am on a surface pro 3 now, and the touch screen usually is an amazing thing. It's not a huge deal, but I can certainly feel the lack of the touch screens functionality in PP.

Thanks for the feedback, I will keep this in mind for future versions. Touch is becoming more common and this is something I will have to make more friendly.
