Hour of Power with variations

Bill Black termed the session 'Hour of Power' whereby you maintain 87-93% of your FTP for 60 minutes.
Attached zip has HOP variations with 15 or 30 second bursts targetting 120-150% or 115% FTP respectively @ 3, 4 or 5 minute intervals.
Baseline HOP is set at 93% FTP.

You need to master Sweet Spot Training (SST) before you slay HOP - but you can still do these sessions as SST with "Kicks" and throw in a rest interval until you conquer the full hour!
